Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan for a nominal shipping charges.  The standard delivery time is 4 working days from the date of the finalization of order.  The Order Finalization may include payment, if any other option besides cash on delivery is chosen.  However, if you require urgent delivery of an item, the same can be arranged at an additional cost.

All shipping are done through reliable independent courrier services available in Pakistan and all orders are booked with the courrier company on behalf of the customer. will not be held responsible for the late arrival or mishandling of the product by the courrier company(s).  The arrangements made with the courrier company is to provide discounted shipping charges to the customers.  If a customer wishes to choose some other courrier company or any other mode of shipment, the same can be requested at the time of placing the order.  All additional charges in this regard will be the responsbility of the customer.  In case of any dispute with the courrier company regarding late arrival of the goods or if the goods are damaged during transporation by the courrier company, will only help in solving the matter with the courrier company and in no way will be held responsible for the same.
